Physical Inspections - Inspections of the interior and exterior of all units are performed to allow our staff to monitor the physical condition of the property and promptly make any necessary improvements. Compliance - Detailed records have and will continue to be maintained to enable our company to have an exceptional record with government monitoring agencies. Quarterly Internal Audits - Members of our Senior Staff visit each property at least every quarter and conduct audits. These visits ensure constant adherence to organizational procedures. Maintenance - All repairs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Scheduled preventative maintenance is also performed to reduce long-term or potentially severe problems. |
